Online Payments: We are pleased to announce that for the convenience of our participants, we are introducing online payments as the only payment method for tickets

New Ticketing System: Responding to your expectations! We present a new ticketing system with additional conveniences: including automatic ticket retrieval and the option to automatically roll over your ticket to the next year.

IMPORTANT RULES:

Payments are non-refundable. However, it’s possible to change the name/surname on the ticket or transfer it to the next year, provided that this is done within a specified period. Below are the terms and associated fees:

Up to 01.07:

Name/surname change on the ticket: FREE OF CHARGE
Transferring the ticket to the next year: FREE OF CHARGE

From 02.07 to 01.08:

Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
- Fullpass or salsapass: 100 PLN / 25 EUR
- Party pass: 50 PLN / 12,5 EUR
Fee for name/surname change on the ticket:
- Fullpass or salsapass: 160 PLN / 40 EUR
- Party pass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR

From 02.08 to 10.08:

Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
- Fullpass or salsapass: 160 PLN / 40 EUR
- Party pass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR
Surname change on the ticket: NOT POSSIBLE

From 10.08 to 16.08:

Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
- Fullpass or salsapass: 200 PLN / 50 EUR
- Party pass: 100 PLN / 25 EUR
Surname change on the ticket: NOT POSSIBLE

After 16th August (during and after the festival):

Surname change on the ticket and transfer to the next year: NOT POSSIBLE

If you want to change the participants name or transfer ticket, please send mail on help.bachaturo@wp.pl. To enter the festival you will need printed ticket and your id or passport. Without printed ticket you will pay extra fee 10 euro (40 PLN). Your E-Ticket will be replaced with a hand bracelet that cannot be taken off. Taking off your bracelets cancels your participation.

Tickets for individual parties, workshops, and single festival days are not and will not be available.

Step-by-step Guide: How to Purchase a Pass

Before you start, we kindly ask you to thoroughly read through the entire instruction and acquaint yourself with all the conditions.

Step 1: Start by registering on our website. If you have a promo code / group name, please select the group pass and enter the group name.

Step 2: Make the payment on the same day, making sure to include the ticket type and the name of the participant in the transfer title. If you’re paying for more than one person, you can do it in one transfer. In such a case, please send us a separate email with information about who is included in the payment. The details for the transfer can be found at the bottom of the page. Please note that unpaid registrations will be removed after 2 days.
Step 3: After making the payment, send a confirmation of the transfer to the following e-mail address: artur.zablotny@wp.pl.
Step 4: After sending the payment confirmation, patiently wait for your ticket. This process may take up to 14 days.
Step 5: If you have not received your ticket after 14 days, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your ticket, contact us by sending an e-mail to: help.bachaturo@wp.pl.
Step 6: Once you’ve received your ticket, print it out. If you do not have a printed ticket, an additional fee of 10 euros will be charged. Please note: After August 10, we do not send out any tickets.

If you would like to receive an invoice for a company, please report this by email to artur.zablotny@wp.pl with your details before purchasing tickets. Otherwise, it will not be possible to issue an invoice for the company, only for an individual.
