If you would like to receive an invoice for a company, it is essential to request this via email at artur.zablotny@wp.pl before purchasing the tickets, providing the necessary company details. It will not be possible to issue a company invoice after the purchase has been made. For private individuals, an invoice can be issued up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
IMPORTANT RULES:
It is possible to change the first/last name on the ticket or transfer it to the next year, provided this is done within the specified timeframe.

The name on the ticket can only be changed to a person of the same gender.
If the same gender is not maintained when changing the name on the ticket, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the new holder’s ticket.

From 21.06 to 31.07 inclusive:
- Fullpass: 120 PLN / 30 EUR
- Partypass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR
From 01.08, name change on the ticket is not possible.
TRANSFER OF THE TICKET TO THE NEXT EDITION
Transferring the ticket means that the ticket will no longer be valid for this year’s edition of the festival.
The process is irreversible and, after the ticket has been transferred, it will not be possible to reactivate it or change the name on this ticket.
Until 20.06 inclusive:
- Fullpass: FREE
- Partypass: FREE
From 21.06 to 12.08 inclusive:
- Fullpass: 100 PLN / 25 EUR
- Partypass: 50 PLN / 12 EUR
From 13.08, transfer of the ticket to the next edition is not possible.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRANSFERRING A TICKET TO THE NEXT YEAR
The ticket can be transferred only by email, by sending a request to help.bachaturo@wp.pl from the same email address to which the ticket was sent.
Requests sent from a different email address will not be processed.
You will receive a confirmation of the ticket transfer to the next year in the reply.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGING THE PARTICIPANT’S NAME (FIRST/LAST NAME)
This is the instruction for changing the participant’s first and/or last name on the ticket.
The name on the ticket can only be changed to a person of the same gender.
If the same gender is not maintained when changing the name on the ticket, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the new holder’s ticket.
Changes can be made only by email, by sending a request to help.bachaturo@wp.pl from the same email address to which the ticket was sent. Please include the future ticket holder in the message. Instructions for registration will be sent in the reply.
Ticket collection and entry conditions
The ticket is exchanged for a wristband authorizing participation in the festival. Only the person whose first and last name appear on the ticket is entitled to collect it. A personalized wristband can be placed only on the ticket owner.
When collecting the wristband, the participant must present a printed ticket and a valid identity document. Accepted documents: a physical, original ID card or passport, a physical driver’s license, and a government app with a photo ID after logging in in the presence of Bachaturo staff. Photos of documents are not accepted.
If the participant does not have a printed ticket, an additional fee of 10 EUR or 40 PLN must be paid.

Step-by-step Guide: How to Purchase a Pass
Before you start, we kindly ask you to thoroughly read through the entire instruction and acquaint yourself with all the conditions.
- Step 1: Start by registering on our website. If you have a promo code / group name, please select the group pass and enter the group name.
- Step 2: Make the payment on the same day, making sure to include the ticket type and the name of the participant in the transfer title. If you’re paying for more than one person, you can do it in one transfer. In such a case, please send us a separate email with information about who is included in the payment. The details for the transfer can be found at the bottom of the page. Please note that unpaid registrations will be removed after 2 days.
- Step 3: After making the payment, send a confirmation of the transfer to the following e-mail address: artur.zablotny@wp.pl.
- Step 4: After sending the payment confirmation, patiently wait for your ticket. This process may take up to 14 days.
- Step 5: If you have not received your ticket after 14 days, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your ticket, contact us by sending an e-mail to: help.bachaturo@wp.pl.
- Step 6: Once you’ve received your ticket, print it out. If you do not have a printed ticket, an additional fee of 10 euros will be charged. Please note: After August 10, we do not send out any tickets.
