IMPORTANT RULES:
Payments are non-refundable. However, it’s possible to change the name/surname on the ticket or transfer it to the next year, provided that this is done within a specified period.
ATTENTION!
Changes to the name and surname on the ticket are allowed only for a person of the same gender.
In the event that the same gender is not maintained when changing the name and surname on the ticket, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket of the new owner.
Below are the terms and associated fees:
Up to 01.07:
- Name/surname change on the ticket: FREE OF CHARGE
- Transferring the ticket to the next year: FREE OF CHARGE
From 02.07 to 01.08:
- Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
- Fullpass or salsapass: 100 PLN / 25 EUR
- Party pass: 50 PLN / 12,5 EUR
- Fee for name/surname change on the ticket:
- Fullpass or salsapass: 160 PLN / 40 EUR
- Party pass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR
From 02.08 to 13.08:
- Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
- Fullpass or salsapass: 160 PLN / 40 EUR
- Party pass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR
- Surname change on the ticket: NOT POSSIBLE
After 13th August (during and after the festival):
- Surname change on the ticket and transfer to the next year: NOT POSSIBLE
To transfer a ticket or change the name and surname for the next year, please contact us via email at help.bachaturo@wp.pl.
To enter the festival you will need printed ticket and your id or passport. Without printed ticket you will pay extra fee 10 euro (40 PLN). Your E-Ticket will be replaced with a hand bracelet that cannot be taken off. Taking off your bracelets cancels your participation.

Step-by-step Guide: How to Purchase a Pass
Before you start, we kindly ask you to thoroughly read through the entire instruction and acquaint yourself with all the conditions.
- Step 1: Start by registering on our website. If you have a promo code / group name, please select the group pass and enter the group name.
- Step 2: Make the payment on the same day, making sure to include the ticket type and the name of the participant in the transfer title. If you’re paying for more than one person, you can do it in one transfer. In such a case, please send us a separate email with information about who is included in the payment. The details for the transfer can be found at the bottom of the page. Please note that unpaid registrations will be removed after 2 days.
- Step 3: After making the payment, send a confirmation of the transfer to the following e-mail address: artur.zablotny@wp.pl.
- Step 4: After sending the payment confirmation, patiently wait for your ticket. This process may take up to 14 days.
- Step 5: If you have not received your ticket after 14 days, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your ticket, contact us by sending an e-mail to: help.bachaturo@wp.pl.
- Step 6: Once you’ve received your ticket, print it out. If you do not have a printed ticket, an additional fee of 10 euros will be charged. Please note: After August 10, we do not send out any tickets.

If you would like to receive an invoice for a company, it is essential to request this via email at artur.zablotny@wp.pl before purchasing the tickets, providing the necessary company details. It will not be possible to issue a company invoice after the purchase has been made. For private individuals, an invoice can be issued up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
