Ticket Purchase Regulations<\/h2>\n

1. Ticket sales<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The organizer of the Bachaturo Festival is Artur Zab\u0142otny, Tr\u0119bacz\u00f3w 71, 21-010 \u0141\u0119czna, NIP: 713 177 8198.<\/p>\n

Participation in the event is based on valid tickets purchased via www.bachaturo.com<\/a>. All tickets purchased through the website are personalized. The pick-up conditions are described in section 4 \u201cTicket collection and entry conditions\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ticket sales are conducted online via the payment operator Stripe.<\/p>\n

Tickets are generated automatically during the purchase process and sent to the email address provided during registration. After purchase, the participant can also download the ticket by logging into the \u201cCustomer Panel\u201d on the festival website.<\/p>\n

2.Ticket refunds, program changes and liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

a) Program changes and liability<\/strong>
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, the lineup of instructors and DJs, and the schedule for reasons beyond the organizer\u2019s control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a ticket refund or compensation. The organizer does not cover participants\u2019 indirect costs, including travel or accommodation.<\/p>\n

b) Refund policy for tickets purchased on the website<\/strong>
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

Tickets for Bachaturo Festival 2026 purchased on www.bachaturo.com<\/a> between 03.11.2025 and 30.04.2026 constitute a 100% deposit and may be refunded no later than 30.04.2026.<\/p>\n

A refund request must be sent by email to help.bachaturo@wp.pl<\/a> by 30.04.2026 from the same email address to which the ticket was sent. The refund will be processed within up to 30 calendar days:<\/p>\n

\u2022 if the payment was made by card, the funds will be refunded to that card<\/p>\n

\u2022 if the payment was made by bank transfer, the funds will be refunded to the same account number<\/p>\n

Tickets purchased outside the above period do not constitute a deposit and are not refundable.<\/p>\n

Refunds are not available for tickets purchased from promoters or other participants, or for tickets carried over from previous editions.<\/p>\n

The organizer incurs processing fees both when selling a ticket and when refunding it. If a participant resigns and receives a refund, any subsequent purchase of the same ticket type for the same edition may be canceled by the organizer at any time, and the funds will be refunded within up to 30 days from the cancellation. The refund amount will be reduced by any payment processor fees. Full Pass, Group Full Pass and Couple Full Pass are considered the same ticket type.<\/p>\n

c) Event cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the festival cannot take place for reasons beyond the organizer\u2019s control, purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.<\/p>\n

If the festival is canceled for reasons attributable to the organizer, the participant may transfer the ticket to the next available date or receive a ticket price refund. The organizer does not cover additional participant costs, in particular hotel or travel expenses, and does not provide compensation.<\/p>\n

Refunds are not available for tickets purchased from promoters or other participants; such tickets are transferred automatically to the next edition.<\/p>\n

d) Contest tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tickets won in contests are not eligible for refunds, name changes or transfers to the next year.<\/p>\n

3.Participant name change and ticket transfer<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is possible to change the first\/last name on the ticket or transfer it to the next year, provided this is done within the specified deadlines.<\/p>\n

Note: the name on the ticket can only be changed to a person of the same gender. If the same gender is not maintained, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the new holder\u2019s ticket.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How to make changes:<\/p>\n

Changes can only be made by email, by sending a request to help.bachaturo@wp.pl<\/a> from the same email address to which the ticket was sent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Requests sent from a different email address will not be processed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.Ticket collection and entry conditions<\/strong>
\n<\/b><\/h4>\n

The ticket is exchanged for a wristband authorizing participation in the festival. Only the person whose first and last name appear on the ticket is entitled to collect it. A personalized wristband can only be placed on the ticket owner.<\/p>\n

When collecting the wristband, the participant must present a printed ticket and a valid identity document. Accepted documents are: a physical, original ID card or passport, a physical driver\u2019s license, as well as a government app with a photo ID after logging in in the presence of Bachaturo staff. Photos of documents are not accepted.<\/p>\n

If the participant does not have a printed ticket, an additional fee of 10 EUR or 40 PLN must be paid.<\/p>\n

The festival wristband should be put on by the festival office staff or the organizer in a way that prevents its removal and transfer to a third party.<\/p>\n

The wristband should remain on the wrist for the entire duration of the festival. Removing the wristband is equivalent to resigning from participation in the event.<\/p>\n

If a participant refuses to put on the wristband in accordance with the above requirements, the organizer may refuse entry to the event.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.Ticket purchase limit<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Each participant is entitled to purchase only one ticket in their own name. If more than one ticket is purchased, the organizer reserves the right to refuse changing the name on the ticket to other persons. The organizer may transfer additional tickets to the next year or offer a refund for the earliest purchased ticket or tickets, with the refund amount possibly reduced by payment intermediary fees. The decision on how to resolve the situation rests with the organizer.<\/p>\n

6.Complaints<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Complaints related to ticket purchases may be submitted by email to artur.zablotny@wp.pl<\/a> or by registered mail to: Artur Zab\u0142otny, Tr\u0119bacz\u00f3w 71, 21-010 \u0141\u0119czna. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.<\/p>\n

Privacy Policy Rules for the Bachaturo Festival<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Introduction
    \n1.1 This Privacy Policy Rules set out the principles of collecting, processing, and protecting personal data of the Bachaturo Festival participants (hereinafter referred to as the “Festival”).
    \n1.2 The organizer and data administrator is Artur Zab\u0142otny, located at Tr\u0119bacz\u00f3w 71, 21-010 \u0141\u0119czna Poland(hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
    \n1.3 The Policy aims to ensure the privacy of the Festival participants in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: “GDPR”).<\/li>\n
  2. Collection and use of personal data
    \n2.1 During registration for the Festival, the participant will be asked to provide certain personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. The Administrator collects only those personal data that are necessary for purposes related to the organization of the Festival.
    \n2.2 The participant consents to the processing of his\/her personal data for the purpose of organizing the Festival.
    \n2.3 Participants’ personal data may be used for organizational purposes, such as: registration of participants, communication with participants, providing proper service to participants during the Festival, evaluation, and improvement of the Festival.<\/li>\n
  3. Protection and security of personal data
    \n3.1 The Administrator undertakes to comply with data protection regulations and to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the participants’ personal data.
    \n3.2 Participants’ personal data will not be disclosed or sold to other entities without the express consent of the participant unless required by law.
    \n3.3 The Administrator takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the participants’ personal data against unauthorized access, loss, damage, or unauthorized disclosure.<\/li>\n
  4. Rights of the data subjects
    \n4.1 The participant has the right to access, correct, update, and delete his\/her personal data provided during registration for the Festival.
    \n4.2 The participant has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his\/her personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
    \n4.3 The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he\/she believes that the processing of personal data concerning him\/her violates the provisions of the GDPR.<\/li>\n
  5. Cookies
    \n5.1 The Festival’s website may use cookies to facilitate navigation and adjust the content to the user’s preferences.
    \n5.2 Cookies can also be used for statistical purposes, such as analyzing traffic on the Festival’s website and optimizing its functionality.
    \n5.3 The participant has the ability to manage cookie settings through the options available in the web browser, including blocking or deleting cookies.<\/li>\n
  6. Data retention period
    \n6.1 Personal data of Festival participants will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with applicable laws.
    \n6.2 After the Festival, the personal data of the participants may be stored for archival purposes in accordance with applicable laws.<\/li>\n
  7. Changes to the privacy policy
    \n7.1 The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy Rules. Any changes will be published on the Festival’s website.
    \n7.2 Participants are required to regularly check the privacy policy to familiarize themselves with any changes.<\/li>\n
