CHANGE NAME ON THE TICKET<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The change name on the ticket can only be made through the Customer Panel<\/strong> on the Bachaturo website.<\/p>\n

The change can be started only by the person whose email address is assigned to the ticket in the system<\/strong>. All messages and confirmation links needed to complete the change are sent to this email address.<\/p>\n

The system will guide the person making the change step by step<\/strong> through the whole process, including the Change name fee<\/strong>, if applicable.<\/p>\n

The change is possible only to a person of the same gender.<\/strong>
\nIf the ticket is changed to a person of a different gender, the organizer has the right to cancel such a change without refunding the Change name fee and without refunding the ticket fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After June 20<\/strong>, the change of first and last name is paid according to the price list available in the \u201cTickets\u201d section.<\/p>\n

After July 31<\/strong>, changing the first and last name on the ticket will no longer be possible.<\/p>\n

HOW TO CHECK A TICKET BEFORE BUYING IT?<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]If you are buying a ticket from another person, ask the seller for the official ticket ownership confirmation link<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The seller can find this option after logging in to the Customer Panel<\/strong>, next to their ticket. From there, they can generate the ticket ownership confirmation link and send it to the buyer.<\/p>\n

The correct link should start with:<\/strong><\/p>\n

https:\/\/tickets.bachaturo.com\/<\/code><\/p>\n

Do not click any other links or websites pretending to be Bachaturo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After opening the link, you can check:<\/p>\n

ticket type,<\/strong><\/p>\n

first and last name of the person currently assigned to the ticket,<\/strong><\/p>\n

email address assigned to the ticket,<\/strong><\/p>\n

current ticket status.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This link is used only to check the ticket status<\/strong>. It does not give access to the ticket, QR code, login details or Customer Panel.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE BUYER<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The seller must enter your email address in the form, not their own<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Only the person whose email address is entered in the name change form will be able to:<\/p>\n

confirm the name change,<\/strong><\/p>\n

receive the new ticket,<\/strong><\/p>\n

manage the ticket in the Customer Panel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the seller enters their own email address or an incorrect buyer email address, the buyer will not be able to complete the process correctly.<\/p>\n

HOW DOES THE NAME CHANGE WORK?<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The person whose email address is assigned to the ticket starts the name change in the Customer Panel.<\/p>\n

If the change is paid, the system will guide this person through the payment of the Change name fee<\/strong> according to the instructions in the Customer Panel.<\/p>\n

Then, only the details of the person who should receive the new ticket must be entered in the form:<\/p>\n

first name,<\/strong><\/p>\n

last name,<\/strong><\/p>\n

email address.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the person assigned to the ticket confirms the change, the system sends a link to the buyer.<\/p>\n

The message with the link is sent from:<\/p>\n

If the buyer cannot find the message, they should check SPAM, Notifications and other folders<\/strong> in their mailbox. They can also search for the message by typing this email address into the email search bar:<\/p>\n

The seller can also resend the link or copy it from the Customer Panel and send it to the buyer through another channel, for example Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS or email.<\/p>\n

CANCELLING THE NAME CHANGE<\/h2>\n

If the seller cancels the name change, the buyer will receive an email notification about the cancellation.<\/p>\n

AFTER THE NAME CHANGE IS COMPLETED<\/h2>\n
