CHANGE NAME ON THE TICKET

The change name on the ticket can only be made through the Customer Panel on the Bachaturo website.

The change can be started only by the person whose email address is assigned to the ticket in the system. All messages and confirmation links needed to complete the change are sent to this email address.

The system will guide the person making the change step by step through the whole process, including the Change name fee, if applicable.

The change is possible only to a person of the same gender.
If the ticket is changed to a person of a different gender, the organizer has the right to cancel such a change without refunding the Change name fee and without refunding the ticket fee.

After June 20, the change of first and last name is paid according to the price list available in the “Tickets” section.

After July 31, changing the first and last name on the ticket will no longer be possible.

The organizer is not involved in private ticket sales between participants and is not responsible for any payments or private arrangements between the buyer and the seller.

HOW TO CHECK A TICKET BEFORE BUYING IT?

If you are buying a ticket from another person, ask the seller for the official ticket ownership confirmation link.

The seller can find this option after logging in to the Customer Panel, next to their ticket. From there, they can generate the ticket ownership confirmation link and send it to the buyer.

The correct link should start with:

https://tickets.bachaturo.com/

Do not click any other links or websites pretending to be Bachaturo.

After opening the link, you can check:

ticket type,

first and last name of the person currently assigned to the ticket,

email address assigned to the ticket,

current ticket status.

This link is used only to check the ticket status. It does not give access to the ticket, QR code, login details or Customer Panel.

If the ticket status shows that the name change has already been started, carefully check whether the change is being made to your first name, last name and email address.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE BUYER

The seller must enter your email address in the form, not their own.

Only the person whose email address is entered in the name change form will be able to:

confirm the name change,

receive the new ticket,

manage the ticket in the Customer Panel.

If the seller enters their own email address or an incorrect buyer email address, the buyer will not be able to complete the process correctly.

If you notice a mistake in your first name, last name or email address, ask the seller to cancel the name change and start the process again with the correct details.

HOW DOES THE NAME CHANGE WORK?

The person whose email address is assigned to the ticket starts the name change in the Customer Panel.

If the change is paid, the system will guide this person through the payment of the Change name fee according to the instructions in the Customer Panel.

Then, only the details of the person who should receive the new ticket must be entered in the form:

first name,

last name,

email address.

After the person assigned to the ticket confirms the change, the system sends a link to the buyer.

The message with the link is sent from:

If the buyer cannot find the message, they should check SPAM, Notifications and other folders in their mailbox. They can also search for the message by typing this email address into the email search bar:

tickets@bachaturo.com

The seller can also resend the link or copy it from the Customer Panel and send it to the buyer through another channel, for example Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS or email.

The buyer should click only links that start with:

https://tickets.bachaturo.com/

The buyer must click the link, complete the required details and confirm the name change.

The name change is completed only after the buyer confirms it.

CANCELLING THE NAME CHANGE

The name change can be cancelled only until the buyer confirms it.

If the seller cancels the name change, the buyer will receive an email notification about the cancellation.

The message will be sent from:

If you cannot find this message, check SPAM, Notifications and other folders in your mailbox.

After the buyer confirms the name change, the change is final and cannot be reversed.

AFTER THE NAME CHANGE IS COMPLETED

After the name change is completed, the old ticket is deactivated, and the buyer receives a new ticket by email.

From that moment, the new ticket holder can log in to the Customer Panel, download their ticket and manage it independently.
