Ticket Purchase Regulations

1) Ticket Sales

The event is organized by Artur Zabłotny, Trębaczów 71, 21-010 Łęczna Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 713 177 8198.
Ticket sales take place online using payment cards through the company PayU – an online payment operator. Tickets are generated immediately after the payment is made and are automatically sent to the email address used during registration.
Participation in the event is based on valid entrance tickets purchased through the website www.bachaturo.com or directly during the event at the festival reception. All tickets purchased through the website are personal and can be exchanged for a wristband by presenting a valid ID. Only the person whose name is on the ticket is authorized to do this. The ticket holder is the only person who can be assigned a wristband when exchanging a personal ticket.

 

2) Ticket Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable if the Festival takes place on the scheduled date. The organizer reserves the right to change the program. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the show/event/festival due to reasons beyond their control, such as a pandemic, war, national mourning, etc. In the event of the need to cancel the event/Festival, the Organizer will not be obligated to pay any damages, financial compensation beyond the refund of the value of the entrance ticket held by the participant. The Organizer may also propose to transfer the ticket to another date.

 

3) Changing the participant’s name and transferring tickets

Payments are non-refundable but it is possible to change the name on the ticket or transfer it to the next year, provided that this is done within a specified period. Below we present the deadlines and associated fees:

Up to 01.07:

  • Name/surname change on the ticket: FREE OF CHARGE
  • Transferring the ticket to the next year: FREE OF CHARGE

From 02.07 to 01.08:

  • Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
    • Fullpass or salsapass: 100 PLN / 25 EUR
    • Party pass: 50 PLN / 12,5 EUR
  • Fee for name/surname change on the ticket:
    • Fullpass or salsapass: 160 PLN / 40 EUR
    • Party pass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR

From 02.08 to 10.08:

  • Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
    • Fullpass or salsapass: 160 PLN / 40 EUR
    • Party pass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR
  • Surname change on the ticket: NOT POSSIBLE

From 10.08 to 16.08:

  • Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
    • Fullpass or salsapass: 200 PLN / 50 EUR
    • Party pass: 100 PLN / 25 EUR
  • Surname change on the ticket: NOT POSSIBLE

After 16th August (during and after the festival):

  • Surname change on the ticket and transfer to the next year: NOT POSSIBLE

Ticket transfer to the next year will be available after 10.08

 

4) Entry Requirements

To enter the festival, you will need a printed ticket and an identity document (ID card or passport). If you do not have a printed ticket, you will be required to pay an additional fee of 10 euros (40 PLN). Please note that we do not send tickets after 10.08. On-site, your e-ticket will be exchanged for a wristband, which should remain on your wrist for the entire duration of the festival. Please note that removing the wristband is equivalent to resigning from participation in the festival.

 

5) Complaints

Complaints related to the ticket purchase can be submitted via email to artur.zablotny@wp.pl or by registered mail to the following address: Artur Zabłotny, Trębaczów 71, 21-010 Łęczna, Poland. Claims will be considered within a period of 14 days.

 

Privacy Policy Rules for the Bachaturo Festival

  1. Introduction
    1.1 This Privacy Policy Rules set out the principles of collecting, processing, and protecting personal data of the Bachaturo Festival participants (hereinafter referred to as the “Festival”).
    1.2 The organizer and data administrator is Artur Zabłotny, located at Trębaczów 71, 21-010 Łęczna Poland(hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
    1.3 The Policy aims to ensure the privacy of the Festival participants in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: “GDPR”).
  2. Collection and use of personal data
    2.1 During registration for the Festival, the participant will be asked to provide certain personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. The Administrator collects only those personal data that are necessary for purposes related to the organization of the Festival.
    2.2 The participant consents to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of organizing the Festival.
    2.3 Participants’ personal data may be used for organizational purposes, such as: registration of participants, communication with participants, providing proper service to participants during the Festival, evaluation, and improvement of the Festival.
  3. Protection and security of personal data
    3.1 The Administrator undertakes to comply with data protection regulations and to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the participants’ personal data.
    3.2 Participants’ personal data will not be disclosed or sold to other entities without the express consent of the participant unless required by law.
    3.3 The Administrator takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the participants’ personal data against unauthorized access, loss, damage, or unauthorized disclosure.
  4. Rights of the data subjects
    4.1 The participant has the right to access, correct, update, and delete his/her personal data provided during registration for the Festival.
    4.2 The participant has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his/her personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
    4.3 The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he/she believes that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  5. Cookies
    5.1 The Festival’s website may use cookies to facilitate navigation and adjust the content to the user’s preferences.
    5.2 Cookies can also be used for statistical purposes, such as analyzing traffic on the Festival’s website and optimizing its functionality.
    5.3 The participant has the ability to manage cookie settings through the options available in the web browser, including blocking or deleting cookies.
  6. Data retention period
    6.1 Personal data of Festival participants will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with applicable laws.
    6.2 After the Festival, the personal data of the participants may be stored for archival purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
  7. Changes to the privacy policy
    7.1 The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy Rules. Any changes will be published on the Festival’s website.
    7.2 Participants are required to regularly check the privacy policy to familiarize themselves with any changes.
