The organizer of Bachaturo Festival is Artur Zabłotny, Trębaczów 71, 21-010 Łęczna, Poland, Tax ID/NIP: 713 177 8198.
Participation in the event is based on valid admission tickets purchased through the website www.bachaturo.com. All tickets purchased through the website are personalized. Ticket collection conditions are described in section 5, “Ticket collection and entry conditions”.
Tickets are generated automatically during the sales process and sent to the email address provided during registration. After purchasing a ticket, the participant may also download it after logging into the “Customer Panel” section on the festival website.
a) Program changes and liability
The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, artist and DJ line-up, and schedule for reasons beyond the organizer’s control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a ticket refund or compensation. The organizer does not cover participants’ indirect costs, including travel or accommodation costs.
b) Refund policy for tickets purchased through the website
Tickets for Bachaturo Festival 2026 purchased at www.bachaturo.com between 02.01.2025 and 30.04.2026 constitute 100% advance payments and may be refunded no later than 30.04.2026.
A refund request must be sent by email to help.bachaturo@wp.pl by 30.04.2026 from the same email address to which the ticket was sent. The refund will be made within 30 calendar days:
Tickets purchased outside the above period do not constitute advance payments and are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for tickets purchased from promoters or other participants, or for tickets transferred from previous editions.
The organizer incurs commission costs both when selling the ticket and when refunding it. If a participant cancels their ticket and receives a refund, any later purchase of the same type of ticket for the same edition of the festival may be cancelled by the organizer at any time, and the funds will be refunded within 30 days from the cancellation. The refund amount will be reduced by all payment operator commission fees. Full Pass, Group Full Pass and Couple Full Pass are treated as the same type of ticket.
c) Event cancellation
If the festival cannot take place for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.
If the festival is cancelled for reasons attributable to the organizer, the participant may transfer the ticket to the next available date or receive a refund of the ticket price. The organizer does not cover participants’ additional costs, in particular hotel or travel costs, and does not pay any compensation.
Refunds are not available for tickets purchased from promoters or other participants. Such tickets are automatically transferred to the next edition.
d) Competition tickets
Tickets won in competitions are non-refundable, cannot have the first and last name changed, and cannot be transferred to the next year.
Transferring a ticket means that the ticket loses its validity for the current edition of the festival.
The process is irreversible. Once the ticket has been transferred, it cannot be reactivated or have the first and last name changed for the current edition.
Until 20.06 inclusive:
From 21.06 to 12.08 inclusive:
From 13.08, transferring a ticket to the next edition is no longer possible.
The ticket transfer to the next edition can be done only by the participant after logging into the Customer Panel on our website.
We do not process ticket transfers by email or private messages.
The participant acknowledges that the ticket was purchased for a specific edition of the festival, based on the program, offer and conditions applicable to that edition.
Transferring the ticket to the next edition is a voluntary option offered by the organizer and does not guarantee that the next edition will have an identical program, format or scope as the edition for which the ticket was originally purchased.
The organizer reserves the right for the program and format of the next edition to differ from the previous edition.
Transferring the ticket to the next edition does not give the participant the right to a refund or any claims against the organizer if the program or format of the next edition does not meet the participant’s expectations.
A ticket transferred to the next edition gives the possibility to change the first and last name of the ticket holder in accordance with the rules and within the deadline specified on the website.
Changing the first and last name on the ticket is possible only to a person of the same gender.
If this rule is not followed, the organizer has the right to cancel the change without refunding the name change fee and without refunding the ticket fee.
Change deadlines:
Until 20.06 inclusive:
From 21.06 to 31.07 inclusive:
From 01.08, changing the first and last name on the ticket is no longer possible.
The first and last name on the ticket can be changed only by the participant after logging into the Customer Panel on our website.
We do not process name changes by email or private messages.
The ticket is exchanged for a wristband authorizing participation in the festival. Only the person whose first and last name appears on the ticket is entitled to collect the wristband. The personalized wristband may only be placed on the ticket holder.
When collecting the wristband, the participant must present a printed ticket and a valid identity document. Accepted documents are: a physical, original ID card or passport, a physical driving license, as well as a government app with a photo document after logging in in the presence of Bachaturo staff. Photos of documents are not accepted.
If the participant does not have a printed ticket, they must pay an additional fee of 10 EUR.
The festival wristband must be placed on the participant by the festival office staff or the organizer in a way that prevents it from being removed and transferred to another person.
The wristband must remain on the wrist for the entire duration of the festival. Removing the wristband is equivalent to resigning from participation in the event.
If the participant refuses to have the wristband placed in accordance with the above requirements, the organizer may refuse entry to the event.
Each participant has the right to purchase only one ticket in their own first and last name. If more than one ticket is purchased, the organizer reserves the right to refuse a name change on the ticket to other persons. The organizer may transfer additional tickets to the next year or offer a refund for the earliest purchased ticket or tickets, with the refund amount potentially reduced by payment intermediary commission costs. The decision on how to resolve the situation belongs to the organizer.
