IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS:
Ticket Collection:
To receive your wristband, you must present a valid ID. Those without a printed ticket will be required to pay an additional fee of 10 euros / 40 PLN.
Cloakroom:
We have provided a free cloakroom for small backpacks and ladies’ handbags (max. 40 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm). People with larger luggage will not be allowed into the night events. Please leave larger bags at the hotel. MCK security reserves the right to check the contents of bags.
Prohibition in Katowice:
From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, the sale of alcohol in stores and gas stations is prohibited. Bars and restaurants are exempt from this ban. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available at the festival.
Events:
Held at the MCK (International Congress Center) with entrance from Olimpijska Street.
Catering Points:
During workshops and events, catering points will be available at the MCK and in the Gastro Fire zone between the MCK and Spodek. Payments can be made by card and cash. The MCK Bistro restaurant will be open daily until 1:00 AM, and snacks will be available afterwards.
Ticket Payment:
Only cash payments in EUR and PLN are accepted.

Recording:
People without organizer accreditation cannot enter the stage or record in a way that disrupts other participants. Footage recorded by our cameramen will be available on social media and YouTube.
