Please remember that festival wristbands can only be collected upon presenting a valid ID.

If you would like to receive an invoice for a company, it is essential to request this via email at artur.zablotny@wp.pl before purchasing the tickets, providing the necessary company details. It will not be possible to issue a company invoice after the purchase has been made. For private individuals, an invoice can be issued up to 3 months from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT RULES:

Payments are non-refundable. However, it’s possible to change the name/surname on the ticket or transfer it to the next year, provided that this is done within a specified period.

ATTENTION!
Changes to the name and surname on the ticket are allowed only for a person of the same gender.
In the event that the same gender is not maintained when changing the name and surname on the ticket, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket of the new owner.

Below are the terms and associated fees:

Up to 01.07:

  • Name/surname change on the ticket: FREE OF CHARGE
  • Transferring the ticket to the next year: FREE OF CHARGE

From 02.07 to 01.08:

  • Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
    • Fullpass: 100 PLN / 25 EUR
    • Party pass: 50 PLN / 12 EUR
  • Fee for name/surname change on the ticket:
    • Fullpass: 160 PLN / 40 EUR
    • Party pass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR

From 02.08 to 13.08:

  • Fee for transferring the ticket to the next year:
    • Fullpass: 160 PLN / 40 EUR
    • Party pass: 80 PLN / 20 EUR
  • Surname change on the ticket: NOT POSSIBLE

After 13th August (during and after the festival):

  • Surname change on the ticket and transfer to the next year: NOT POSSIBLE

TICKETS TRANSFER TO  THE NEXT YEAR
To transfer your ticket to next year’s edition of the festival, please:

  1. Go to https://tickets.bachaturo.com/en/
  2. Select the appropriate option:
    • FullPass Transfer Fee – for FullPass holders
    • PartyPass Transfer Fee  – for PartyPass holders
  3. During registration, enter the exact same details as on your current ticket:
    full name and the email address used during the original registration
  4. Send an email to help.bachaturo@wp.pl
    – from the same email address the ticket was originally sent to
    – and attach the registration confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your ticket transfer to next year.


IMPORTANT:
To enter the festival, you will need a printed ticket and a valid photo ID (passport or national ID card).
If you do not bring a printed ticket, you will be charged an additional fee of 10 EUR (40 PLN).

At the entrance, your e-ticket will be exchanged for a wristband, which must remain on your wrist throughout the entire festival.
Please note: Removing your wristband means you are no longer considered a festival participant.
