IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS:
Ticket collection:
To collect your wristband, you must present a valid ID. Participants without a printed ticket will be charged an additional fee of 10 EUR / 40 PLN.
Cloakroom:
We have prepared a free cloakroom for small backpacks and handbags (max. 40 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm). Guests with larger bags will not be admitted to the night parties. Please leave larger luggage in your hotel. MCK security reserves the right to check the contents of your bags.
Alcohol sale restrictions in Katowice:
From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, the sale of alcohol in shops and gas stations is prohibited. Bars and restaurants are excluded from this ban. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the festival.
Public holiday:
Friday, August 15 is a public holiday.
Please note that most shops will be closed.
Small convenience stores like “ŻABKA” may remain open.
Parties:
Held at MCK (International Congress Centre) with entrance from Olimpijska Street.
Food points:
During workshops and parties, food vendors will be available inside the MCK and in the Gastro Fire zone between MCK and Spodek. You can pay by card or cash. The MCK Bistro restaurant will be open daily until 1:00 AM, and snacks will be available afterwards.
Ticket payments:
Only cash payments in EUR and PLN are accepted.

Recording:
Individuals without organizer accreditation are not allowed on stage or to film in a way that disturbs other participants.
The organizer reserves the right to remove such individuals from the festival without a refund.
Videos recorded by our official media team will be published on social media and YouTube.
Prohibition of commercial recording of participants:
Any person recording festival participants and offering them paid materials is acting without the organizer’s permission and is not part of the Bachaturo Media Team. Such commercial activity is strictly forbidden. Anyone violating this rule will be immediately removed from the event. Participants are kindly asked to report such incidents to the festival office.
