1) Ticket Sales

The event is organized by Artur Zabłotny, Trębaczów 71, 21-010 Łęczna Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 713 177 8198.
Ticket sales take place online using payment cards through the company Stripe – an online payment operator. Tickets are generated immediately after the payment is made and are automatically sent to the email address used during registration.
Participation in the event is based on valid entrance tickets purchased through the website www.bachaturo.com or directly during the event at the festival reception. All tickets purchased through the website are personal and can be exchanged for a wristband by presenting a valid ID. Only the person whose name is on the ticket is authorized to do this. The ticket holder is the only person who can be assigned a wristband when exchanging a personal ticket.

2) Ticket Refunds

Tickets purchased for the Festival are non-refundable. The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, change the lineup of instructors, DJs, and alter the event schedule due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control. Should the festival be unable to proceed due to external factors, including but not limited to a pandemic, war, national mourning, natural disasters, riots, or terrorist attacks, the organizer will automatically reschedule the purchased tickets to a new festival date. If the festival is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, there is an option to transfer the tickets to the next available date or to receive a refund for the purchased tickets. However, in the event of the festival’s cancellation, the organizer is not obligated to cover any additional costs incurred by the participants, such as hotel or travel expenses, nor to provide any form of compensation or indemnification.

The festival wristband must be attached to the participant’s wrist by the festival office staff or the organizer in a manner that prevents it from being removed and passed on to another person.
