We currently do not have any FullPasses or SalsaPasses available for ladies. If any female registrants select 'Male' as their gender and make a payment for a FullPass or SalsaPass, they will receive a refund for the ticket price minus a double payment intermediary fee ranging from 10 to 20 euros, and their tickets will be canceled.
In cases of gender discrepancy, the organizer reserves the right to conduct additional verification before issuing wristbands.
Please be reminded that wristbands can only be collected with a valid ID.
In the Customer Panel section, you will find your ticket and instructions for transferring your ticket to the next year.
Payments are non-refundable. However, it’s possible to change the name/surname on the ticket or transfer it to the next year, provided that this is done within a specified period. Below are the terms and associated fees:
Changing the participant’s name after August 1st is not possible.
Transferring your ticket is possible until August 15th.
To transfer your ticket to the next year, please go to the Tickets section, select the option Ticket Sales and Additional Fees at https://bachaturo.com/index.php/en/tickets-menu-english and choose the transfer fee for the appropriate type of ticket.
Next, please fill out the form, providing your first name, last name, and email address exactly as used during the ticket purchase.
After completing the form, you will be redirected to the online payment.
Once you have filled out the form and paid the transfer fee, you do not need to send any emails or confirmations. The new ticket will be sent within 14 days from the start of sales for the next edition. Please note that it may end up in your spam folder and be deleted, but it will also be available for download in the Customer Panel.
